Velcro tailgate

Great experience with Soft Topper,

"overall, after purchasing the Soft Topper Premium Twill topper, the overhead organizer & the extra velcro I've been very happen. Last year I purchased the BestTop Super Topper & had issues with this topper from the very start. I've tried getting ahold of BestTop on Facebook but was ignored, I tried several times with zero response. The side panels kept caving in coming unhooked from the upper J Channel, this was an issue when you're on multi day offroad expedition where you're pulling over re-hooking the side panels, then pulling over again throughout the day. The rear panel would do the same every time you unzipped the back panel & lifted it to get in (would come disconnected) then you had to struggle it that re-hooked. Finally, I had to run small stainless steel machine screws, washers & nuts up under the outer side panel flap to keep the panel from disconnecting, I had to do the same with the rear panel too. The left rear corner where it would wrap around the stitching came loose, we had to hand sew that, it would come unloose the only thing keeping the topper from coming loose & flapping was the zipper & the back panel lower bar that slides into the lower rail system. The topper was always well taken care of only washed by BestTop's cleaners as well as the side & from, back glass their cleaner was used. The vehicle was stored under a huge car port without zero sun hitting the topper. BestTop's Super Topper was a nightmare with a capital N, the customer service on my issue was zero. The wife & spent 6 months re-adjusting the Super Topper, no matter what adjustments were made I still had the same exact issues. The only reason I went with Soft Topper was 2 reasons; a good friend owns one & told me about his experience & the young lady I talked with from Soft Topper assured me their customer service is good. And it has been, yes, I do know BestTop owns Soft Topper, I hope my truthful experience with BestTop will make some changes on customer service & the quality of their product. The wife & I have a YouTube Channel for our offroad adventures, we made a video a little over a month ago on the Soft Topper, don't worry BestTop, none of this was mentioned. My overall experience so far with Soft Topper has been 101% beyond my expectations, we are leaving for another 400 plus mile offroad adventure next month, I know with surety that this Premium Twill Topper will perform flawlessly."

Not really used as a replacement part.

"I ordered these Velcro strips and a rear screen panel. I used the Velcro on the original window panel and the screen panel so they could be fastened together and used at the same time. It gives me a quick way to roll up the window panel and use the screen panel quickly without having to do a complete removal and replacement of the rear panel. It's really worked out quite well!"
